Added New Forums Point System & Reputation System

Hello, all well I`ll clearly explain what I mean by points & rep system.. I was going to add it eailer, but I was waiting for more people to register on the forums.

Points system:
When you get a profile message, or post on someone elses. You will receive 2 Points.
Each time you gain a new friend, you earn 4 points.
When you register on forums you automatically receive 10 points.

Reputation System:
1 Positive Vote = +2 Points
1 Negative Vote = -1 Points.
Someone hits thanks button = +5 Points.

Here`s an example how you can check your rep and points.
Go to your profile and you`ll see the tab below added.



-The Person who reaches 5000 Points, will get 1 donation shotgun.
