AmpzGunz is a private server community dedicated to bringing you an environment of professionally managed and expressed gaming. We strive to maintain a friendly environment, including players, friends, new members and our very own staff management. AmpzGunz has grown over the years from a small community to a expanding gaming environment filled with new people everyday. AmpzGunz continues to be one of the top notch server communities around providing you with quality content.

All of the content we provide excluding any user intended donations is completely free. We are dedicated to bringing you the best gaming experience.

I've just donated, where are my items?
If you made a recent donation, to purchase a certin item make sure you take
a screenshot of your purchase and item. Send it to Star or see if hes online
and once you have given all the information you will recieve your item(s).

Where can I download Ampz GunZ?
Players are able to download GunZ directly from the downloads page. From there they can select a mirror to download the client and proceed to installation. It is recommended to preview the System Requirements before downloading the game.

Why does my game not start? If the game does not start for you, please be patient and allow the game to fully install. Sometimes overly sensitive anti-virus protection software may erroneously label downloaded files and prevent installation of the game. Some of those AV programs require approval of the installation before it can begin. You will either need to find the approval confirmation pop-up window or temporarily disable the AV protection during the installation process. Please note that we do not recommend completely disabling anti-virus protection.

Why can't I login to my account? If you find yourself unable to access your account, review the error message you receive during the login attempt.

Next, please double check that:

1. You have entered the correct User ID and password.
2. Caps Lock has been disabled.
3. Your internet connection is working properly.
4. No action has been done to your account

If you have not received account action from AmpzGunz, you may contact one of our Administrators.

How do I report hackers in Ampz GunZ? If you believe other players are violating the AmpzGunz Rules and Regulations by using unauthorized third party software to hack, we require the below information to validate your report. Please copy and paste the template below and submit your information to the 'Reports' section off the forums. Our staff will only accept .gzr replay files as proof of hacking. To create a replay in Ampz GunZ, press F11 to start and stop recording replays while in game.

Required information:
1. User ID of the Hacker
2. Date of Occurrence
3. Short description of Occurrence/type of hack used
4. Your User ID
5. The replay file (ONLY attach .gzr files)
